How old do I have to be and do I have to have a membership to order?

Yes! You have to have an approved membership to order from GreenLeaf Rx, to be approved you must send us a copy of your drivers licenses or other government issued ID  proving your at least 19 years of age. Once approved you will never have to provide ID again unless Our Admin deems it is required to make access or make changes to your account.

How do I make my first order?

All you need to do is browse our many products and when you found what you like add it to your cart, once you have added all you wish to the cart go to checkout. Upon checkout you will need to start a new account, once you have created your account your order will be placed and you will be prompted to upload a picture of your government issued ID to prove you are at least 19 years of age. Once your ID is verified and your payment has cleared your order will be sent out immediately and your account will be verified for future orders.

Shipping Information

What are your shipping fees and Delivery times?

We offer a number of shipping options for our customers’ convenience. Each option has a different fee and expected delivery time. We also offer the options of Signature Required or No Signature Required. If you choose Signature Required, you will have to physically sign for the package. If you choose No Signature Required, you are enabling Canada Post to surrender the package without your signing for it (e.g: leaving it in a mailbox).

Please note that if you choose No Signature Required, we will be unable to help you in the event that your package is lost.

When choosing your shipping option, please keep in mind that smaller towns/cities (e.g: Goderich, ON) will get less postal service than a major city (e.g: Toronto, ON). If you live in a sparsely-populated area, even if you choose Priority shipping, Canada Post will still deliver your package in the same amount of time as if you had chosen Express.

Option 1: Expedited Shipping ($10)

Local (British Columbia): 1-2 business days | Regional: 3-4 business days | National: up to 8 business days

Option 2: Express Shipping ($15 or free when you spend over $150)

Local (British Columbia): 1-2 business days | Regional: 2-3 business days | National: 3-4 business days

Option 3: Priority Shipping ($45 or $30 when you spend over $150)

Local (British Columbia): 1-2 business days | Regional / National: 2-3 business days

The above estimated timelines only include the shipping time, not the processing time. All orders, whether Priority or not, will require 1-2 days processing time before they ship. If your order does not ship within two business days, please contact customer support.

What happens if I get my address wrong?

If your order status is still pending or in process then we may still be able to change it so please contact our sales team as quickly as you can. However, if you are unable to get in contact with anyone before your order ships, we cannot be held responsible. Please ensure that your address is correct when you make your order.

If your order status is complete, then your package has already left our building to be delivered to the address that you provided us. In this case, please contact us to speak to a representative about what to do from there.

Please note that if you provide us with the wrong shipping address, we cannot be held responsible for your lost packages so please be sure to double-check your shipping address!
